Your checklist to start your self love journey. For many of us we could all use a helping hand when it comes to self love. Our own personal level of self love can be so harmful to our own success, health and overall well being. So it’s important that we get it right to live a life of happiness and abundance.
But from my own personal experience, when we do get it right. It is absolutely magic. And the shift that you will feel will be incredible. Here is a checklist of 7 ways to start you journey towards self love. Are you ready to see the change and receive abundance and success.

Start mindfulness practices. When we are mindful we are connected to our emotions, thoughts and our own needs. This is something that we can struggle with because we can get caught up in all the outside noise that we forget to listen to our own experiences.
To practice mindfulness is a life long journey. And can be challenging but it doesn’t have to be. Take the time to listen and check in with your mind.
Learn to nourish your body.
Nourish your body. I love to ask myself at the end of the day, what have I eaten today? Did I eat too much sugar and carbs? And yes this journey looks different for everyone. So It’s not one the same. Because the important thing is we take notice of what we put into our body makes us feel. Think about what you eat gives you energy, and what you eat makes you feel sluggish and unmotivated. Because this is a whole different journey on it’s own.

Let me ask you a question. What are you passionate about? And What things do you do light you up and make you feel alive. Whatever it is working out, dancing or even reading. Whatever it may be, always find the time to do them. Because the more we do these things and feed our soul. The deeper connection we will form with ourselves and with our soul.
Find time to move your body.
This is so important to our mental and physical well being. So find the time each day to move your body in a way that gets you motivated and makes you feel frekin amazing! And why not try something new!
Make a gratitude list of all the things you love about yourself.
When doing this the transformation that will evolve is incredible. Grab your self a journal or even just a piece of paper. Make a practice in the morning or night to write down one or two things that you really love about yourself. And it can be absolutely anything. And overtime you will without a doubt see the shift take place. You become the leader of your own self care.
So what does this mean? When you are tired, be sure to rest your body. When you feel hungry, feed your body nourishing energy. Always make time to disconnect from stress. And make sure you set healthy boundaries. You can say ‘no’ and set boundaries. Don’t do things that will drain your energy.
