HERE ARE REASONS TO REFLECT EVERY DAY.
I know this to be true for me. We get so busy and caught up with life that stopping to take a moment to reflect is the furthermost thing from our minds. Is this you too? We can get so engrossed in stepping forward with life. Until recently when I really started focused on reflection. I realized that we don’t see the significance that reflection can have on our life.
SO WHAT IF WE MAKE A PACT RIGHT HERE AND NOW TO MAKE REFLECTION PART OF OUR EVERYDAY ROUTINE OF SELF CARE.
Because I found that reflection was one of the strongest ways to build a strong connection with myself. And also without a doubt shift my mindset and feel more positive in my life. Because lately I have been doing so much reflection on my life. Where it is I want to go and what I truly want for my future.
Self reflection has allowed me to see where I am making mistakes in my life. Mistakes like my reactions to certain situations in my life. With not hiding from my own obvious faults. But to find a way to cope with then in a more positive way. And not being dominated by these situations.
SO WHAT IS SELF REFLECTION. WHY YOU SHOULD MAKE TIME FOR SELF REFLECTION.
Self reflection is the way we analyze and observe ourselves to how we grow as a human being. And pay attention to what’s happening in our lives in a mindful and open way. It’s so important to create self awareness and not focus all our energy on moving ahead. But taking the time to observe what is going on within us.
There are different way to practice self reflection. But writing is my way of self reflecting. It’s the best tool for me to process all my thoughts and feelings. For me writing had taught me so much about myself, my habits and any limiting beliefs that come up in my life. I know know that if I hadn’t started writing, I would not have become the positive and ambitious person I am now.
WHY IS SELF REFLECTION SO IMPORTANT. WHY YOU SHOULD MAKE TIME FOR SELF REFLECTION.
To create a positive mindset self reflection is the most critical thing you can do. As well as develop a greater connection to yourself. This is why you should make self reflection a priority.
To Challenge your thoughts.
Self reflection can help us challenge our way of thinking. It can help us deter from the negative thoughts, any mistakes and focus more on the positive. When we write these down it’s the perfect way to reflect on the thoughts we believe about our self. And you will find that the thoughts you believe is the negativity rearing it’s ugly head. And they are not really true at all.
The Inspiration Of Self Acceptance.
This is something I struggled with for a long time, and still do sometimes it’s a work in progress. I learnt that if I do say something negative about myself (which we do right?) I always say something really positive and encouraging after it. This has been great for raising my self acceptance when I am down on myself.
Foe example I have those days where having rare genetic disorder, thyroid disease and taking so much medication just drains all my energy leaving me so fatigued and just deflated . Then I start thinking very unkindly about myself and my body. But have learnt to pick it up and tell myself ‘I am beautiful inside and out’ I might not always believe it straight away but I do. And you will too my friend.
Living With More Intention In My life.
Self reflection is the best way to take an up close and personal look at what we do in our everyday life. And allowing us to see that every day is a different day to the last. Therefore we should always add more joy into our life as this can show you the days are in fact different. And each day is a challenge of achieving your goals you set out to reach for. Living with more intention is also a very important part of manifesting our desired success. Will you start to live with more intention?
