Yes you can just do whatever comes along, but I can say from experience that is not the best decision. Because you will never be happy. And then eventually have to make changes again to feel that happiness you are searching for.

We don’t realize how easy it is to compare ourselves to others. And we don’t see how toxic it can be for us and the dangerous way it affects our self esteem.
