SILENCE IS A POWERFUL COMMUNICATION TOOL.

Silence is a powerful communication tool. An important way to check in with our mind and body and how we are feeling.

Silence is a powerful communication tool. So is it possible to create powerful communication with silence? And the answer is YES, it is possible to create powerful communication with silence. This I have experienced for myself.

The action of silence is the one thing that will speak louder than words. Because silence will always be heard above everything else when you are paying attention. Silence, your breath and your body work in complete harmony. Are you ready to pay attention?

The important thing to remember when you go silent. Is that your mind and your body, are anything but silent. When I am silent, it truly raises the awareness of my surroundings. And without distraction form outside noise and words. I found my senses were intensified and I became more mindful.

Because it is really no surprise that silence is a power to great listeners. And I don’t mean only with their ears!

Why not try introducing smaller parts of silence into your day and see what happens. Find time to pause more and breathe through the solitude with no noise distractions. But it’s also important to choose the right timing in your day to do this, when it can be most beneficial for you.

How Will Silence Help?

Silence will help you observe the sensations of your mind and body on a much deeper level. Then healing and clarity will take place more smoothly. We can find out things that were buried in our minds we never knew were there. Then silence will help us face these feelings or emotions and move forward feeling more free and decluttered in our minds. Here are three simple steps you can take to quiet your mind. THREE STEPS TO TAKE TO QUIET THE MIND.

  • Get into a comfortable position and take deep breaths inhaling and exhaling slowly.
  • Connect with your breathing. Find that place in your body where you feel your breath most prominently.
  • Separate from your thoughts.

When you take the time to practice being silent, you are also decreasing your stress levels. And silence can also increase self awareness, self compassion, and improve decision making skills with improved mental clarity. So use silence to improve your own self awareness and self compassion. Because being both mindful and compassionate leads to greater ease and well being in our daily lives.
