Nourish your mind, body and soul . If you’ve been following me you will know I am passionate about personal development. And my strategy is setting smaller goals to achieve bigger ones. And I love setting goals that will challenge my Body, mind and soul.
This gives me the motivation to challenge myself out of my comfort zones. And not just physically. but in striving to maintain a self love practice and achieve my goals and dreams. I am also first to put my hands up that I don’t always achieve keeping new habits that I create for myself. But I get a better understanding of what is important to me and what is a “No excuses” zone (Can you relate?). Try drinking tea instead of coffee.
Ohhh how I love my coffee. That saying “I can’t start my day without my coffee” Yep that’s me. But if you feel like it’s taking over and not doing your body any good. Why not try and make the switch to tea.
Try squeezing in 15 minutes of exercise.
I’ll be honest, I have never liked the gym. Because I find it so much more beneficial going for a walk or doing some Yoga. How about you? And If I tell myself 15 minutes It doesn’t seem so bad lol. Then you might even surprise yourself and do more!

Something that I have found as I’ve gotten older. Is that we tend to get more caught up in everything we have to do and we don’t give our poor brains a rest. They are constantly going with thoughts galore all at the same time.

Now you knew I was going to put this one in. Meditation is something I think we should all try and include in our daily routines. Meditation can change our moods and allow us to do nothing and let our brains be free of though even if just for 5 minutes.

Another one you knew I would put in. Journaling allows you to take all the thought out of your mind and put onto paper. This is such a huge relief for our minds. And we can see more clearly what we need to work on more.

The soul, which is also mentioned as our spirit. And of course this means something different for everyone. But I really like to think of our soul as the essence of who we really are. That it is our complete makeup. Therefore this could include our hobbies, interests and relationships.

This could also mean something different for everyone. Maybe you would like to learn creative writing, sewing or even craft. Because we need to make sure our brain is being stimulated. Then take a look at joining a workshop, this could be a lot of fun!
Get Good Sleep. Go to bed at a reasonable time.
Making sure that you get enough sleep is so super important to our health and well being. Because making sleep a priority and creating a night routine that suits you and will change the way your days unfold. And I’m slowly learning to go top bed earlier. Then It’s OK to go to bed early you know, it doesn’t make you old!
