My top 3 goals for August.

My top 3 goals for August. I’m going to be totally honest with you know. Sticking to my goals is something I can be pretty terrible at. And lately it’s kind of bothered me a little. So with you here I make a committed promise that I plan to turn August into something really great!

And of course August will be another crazy month. But I want to be more organized and have a solid plan in place. Because I also know that even with a solid plan, plans can change pretty quickly so I want to be prepared. I think it’s the perfect time to put focus on those wishlist things you’ve been putting off. Sometimes I feel like I have these big plans, but end up getting nowhere and achieving nothing of what I set out to do. Now Think of this as your reminder. Are you ready to set and achieve some goals?

MY TOP 3 GOALS FOR AUGUST.

Go for a relaxing walk. My top 3 goals for August.

My goal is to go for a walk at least 3 afternoons a week. This will be the perfect chance to add a little time into my self care rituals too relax and unwind. And of course be out and appreciate nature.

Write and sell my first E Book for my community.

This is a really special goal for me, because It means I’m moving forward to creating my dream. And impacting the lives of thousands of women. I’ll admit this still scares me! But I’m going to be brave and share my journey to inspire women around the world.

Learn to make more time for a healthier lifestyle. My top 3 goals for August.

Not at all to say I don’t live a healthy life. But it is really important to me to take good care of my body and mind. Nourishing my body with nutritious food and take more time to connect with my my true self. I want to make sure my body and mind are on the top of my priority list. We need to show gratitude for our body allowing us too wake every day with another chance at a day living this one precious life we have.

Be a Bossbabe and apologetically pave the way for women to rise and be the best version of themselves.

I am so passionate about inspiring and educating women to learn to love themselves. And become the strongest and happiest version of themselves. In the month of August I want to strive to the next level of creating this community for women to connect and lift each other up.
