6 ways to increase productivity in your daily life. Productivity is an essential factor of making every minute worthy of achieving your daily goals. We all want to work smarter not harder right? Therefore this is the reason we strive to achieve more every day. And yet some of us will struggle greatly with productivity.

I can say for sure that the way you start your day will play a huge role is how productive you will be that day. Have you ever woken up in the morning exhausted and too tired to get up? You almost throw that alarm clock that keeps ringing at you. Imagine then how you will spend your next few hours. How can you be productive with excellent results from your goals you have set for the day?

Being “busy” first thing in the morning doesn’t mean you will accomplish more. In fact some people do less and achieve more. Science says only 8% of people will achieve their goals. What do they do differently? They begin with the end in mind, they set specific and challenging goals, and build a support system around them to name a few. Statistics show the most productive people work for 52 minutes at a time. Then breaking for 17 minutes and getting back to it. Therefore during that 52 minutes you are dedicating to accomplishing tasks and making progress.

Even if your not a morning person,waking up early gives you more hours in the day to work free form distractions. How good does that sound!! You can journal and exercise first. Therefore when people are waking up you are all ready for the day. Energized and ready to continue on with the rest of the tasks. More importantly it’s a win win situation right?

#2 Create the ideal morning routine best for you.

What sort of a morning person are you? Are you someone who checks their social media accounts right away after you wake up? Regardless you must create a morning routine. Here are some ideas to get your day started right…

  • Do some creative and productive work like journaling or reading a book!!
  • Make sure you set the alarm for you to wake up.
  • Be very consistent with your morning routine.
  • Eat a healthy breakfast.


One of the challenges we face every day is the art of how to prioritize accurately what is more important in our day ahead. Stop procrastinating. Multitasking isn’t actually a thing, because when used correctly in a productive way can be useful. Because it can be a vital key to a productive day.
